A graduate in Applied Computer Methods for Business Management (MIAGE) from the University of Paris Sorbonne, Mélanie Cohen-Crété began her career in data applied to banking institutions, developing expertise in risk management, finance, and strategy. After nearly ten years at Sibylone, she joined Teradata in 2016, a database analytics software company, where she led consulting teams for the EMEA Western Geo region. In 2021, she returned to Sibylone to drive the company’s transformation before contributing to the structuring of the Smart4 group from 2022. She now heads the People & Strategy department, with the mission of developing talent, structuring the organization, and overseeing the group’s communication.
