With over 37 years’ experience in the engineering field, Nathalie Pichery brings valuable expertise to her position as VP INDUSTRY at Smart4 Engineering. A Graduate of the EPDI, Nathalie has held key management positions with renowned engineering firms. She was Director of Customer Transformation in the Global Automotive sector at Altran from 2018 to 2021, overseeing crucial initiatives. Notably, Nathalie was the pilot in establishing Altran’s nearshore engineering center in Morocco, seeing its growth from inception to a workforce of 2,000. Prior to this, she held the position of Key Account Director at Altran. Nathalie’s extensive career highlights her ability to drive strategic industry initiatives and navigate complex engineering landscapes.
