Graduated with an MBA from MBS and a BSc from Hull University, Olivier Pichou started his career as a consultant in purchasing and supply chain management in France and Spain. Joining Altran’s sales and management team in Barcelona in 2008, he led the healthcare industry in Catalonia. In 2015, he founded Capitole, focusing on software lifecycle expertise. As a former consultant, Olivier stresses the importance of his team, highlighting their well-being and happiness as crucial to Capitole’s growth—reaching 800 employees by 2023. Since 2021, he's been driving Smart4Engineering in Iberia
and Benelux.
